Alarm Management
- Arrange annual service of system and changing of code if requested.
- Primary point of contact for telephone alarm notification.
- Respond to any interventions during office hours, check the reason for the alarm sounding and reset the alarm.
- Ensure the property is secure following any intervention.
- After office hours interventions will be handled by a local security company, a contract will be arranged between them and yourself with AMS as the local point of contact.
An AMS Management contract is a pre-requisite for all optional services
